Reaction on Twitter to Bill Harris in the recent Patty Hearst CNN documentary was overwhelmingly negative. I had a few “huh?” moments myself, but his was an important voice to add to the conversation since he hadn’t talked publicly at length about his time in the SLA prior to this. Just don’t get him started on the definition of rape…
Typical CNN reporting portraying the bad guys as noble sympathetic victims. Why are any of these people, including Patty Hearst, out of jail or not dead from a capital execution? They are the murdering terrorists! How dare they or the people who provided them refuge be allowed a stage to spew their arrogant propagandistic crap. They are proud, not remorseful. Harris said, “we’ve all lived with the death of Myrna Opsahl”. Well, Mr. Harris, so have her son and her husband, because you and your “comrades” murdered her in cold blood.
Yes. i watched the smug, arrogant bastard last night. You can tell he literally could not care less about the death of Myrna Opsahl. So, her husband becomes a widower, and her four children lose their mother. It would have been better for America, if the entire crew, that had any involvement in that bank robbery, including Patricia Hearst, had been lined up and shot by a firing squad. And for the people who gave them refuge, life in prison, without the possibility of parole. These people sure seem pleased with themselves. They should be buried in unmarked graves
